Destinations

Cities we know well enough to plan around.

These are the markets our consultants work weekly, where we know which hotel is actually walkable to the convention centre, and which airport transfer falls apart in rush hour. Anywhere not shown, we still ticket.

Sample itineraries

Trips we have built before, ready to rebuild for you.

Starting points rather than products. Each one gets reshaped around your dates, your group size and your budget before a single seat is held.

What we handle

Everything between the approval and the arrival.

Booking a flight is the easy part. The work is in the visa that has to clear first, the hotel that needs a meeting room, the driver waiting at 04:40, and the re-route when the inbound is delayed. That is the part we take off your desk.

Who we are

A Dubai travel desk, built for companies.

APIX Travel and Tourism is a travel management company established and licensed under Dubai Economy and Tourism. We work with small firms sending two people to a trade fair and with corporates moving teams across continents every week.

Business travel is more than flights and rooms. It is planning, coordination, timely communication and attention to the detail that decides whether a trip works. We build the arrangement around the client rather than the other way round, and we stay reachable while people are in the air.

Vision

To be the leading provider of corporate travel solutions in the UAE and beyond, recognised for service, efficiency and cost-effectiveness tailored to each business.

Mission

To simplify the corporate travel experience through personalised, reliable and seamless service, so companies can focus on their operations while we take care of their travel.

Why partner with APIX

Four reasons companies move their travel to us.

Most of our accounts arrive after a bad month, a missed connection nobody fixed, a visa that came back late, an invoice nobody could reconcile. These are the four things we get right first.

Tailored

Built around your policy

No two companies travel the same way. We set up your account against your own approval chain, cabin rules and budget bands, then book inside them.

Network

Airline and hotel partners

Partnerships with airlines, hotel groups and ground operators mean we can hold rates and inventory that public booking sites do not show.

Experience

People who have done this before

Our consultants have spent years on corporate desks. Fare rules, visa timing and disruption handling are routine work here, not an escalation.

Technology

Clear records, clean reporting

Modern travel management and booking tools keep itineraries, approvals and spend visible, so finance is not chasing paperwork at month end.

Regions served

Booked from Dubai. Flown everywhere.

Dubai sits within eight hours of two thirds of the world's population, which is why we run the desk from here. These are the corridors we work most often, with the hubs we ticket through and how fast a quote comes back.

What clients say

The trips people remember are the ones that went quietly.

Corporate travel is judged on the bad days, not the good ones. These are the moments clients bring up when we ask how the account is going.

Three continents in a quarter, and nobody in finance has chased an invoice since we moved across. That is the part I did not expect to care about as much as I do.
Operations DirectorIndustrial supply group, Jebel Ali
A visa came back rejected two days before a factory audit. They had a resubmission in and approved before the flight, and told us what went wrong without being asked.
HR ManagerManufacturing company, Sharjah
Our chairman missed a connection in Frankfurt at 1am. By the time he had cleared the gate there was a new routing and a hotel already booked. Nobody from our side had to wake up.
Executive Assistant to the ChairmanInvestment holding company, Dubai
We fly delegations to trade fairs in China twice a year. Having someone who can hold the group fare and speak to the hotel in Mandarin has taken a week of work off my desk.

FAQ

Questions we get before the first booking.

If your question is not here, send it over. We answer plainly, and we will tell you when something is not a good fit for us.

Our desk is set up for company accounts; that is where we are useful. In practice that also covers the owners, their families and visiting guests, booked under the same account and the same invoice.
No, and that is deliberate. There is no booking engine here. Everything you see is arranged by a consultant after we understand the trip. Send a request and a person picks it up.
Send us the trip and we come back with options and a total, with the fare rules stated plainly. For ongoing accounts we agree the commercial basis (service fee or net rates) in writing before anything is booked.
Requests that reach us during Dubai business hours are normally answered the same working day. Urgent departures are worked immediately. Call the mobile number rather than emailing if someone needs to fly today.
Yes. The travel desk is reachable around the clock. Cancelled flights, missed connections and weather disruption are re-accommodated by us, not left to the traveller at the airport.
We do. Business, transit and tourist visas for a wide range of destinations, with the document set checked before submission so applications are not returned for something avoidable.
That is usually the starting point. We take your policy, cabin rules and approval chain as given and book inside them. If you do not have a written policy yet, we can help you put a simple one together.

Tell us where your people need to be.

Send the route, the dates and the number of travellers. You will get options and a total back, usually the same working day.
