We arrange the trip. You get the meeting.
APIX Travel and Tourism is a Dubai-licensed travel management company working exclusively with businesses, organisations and corporate clients.
Company overview
Established and licensed in Dubai.
We specialise in professional, reliable and cost-effective corporate travel for businesses of every size, from small firms with a handful of trips a year to organisations with complex, continuous travel programmes.
What we hear most often from new clients is that travel had quietly become an administrative job nobody wanted. Someone in finance was chasing invoices; someone in HR was rebooking flights at midnight; nobody could say what the last quarter had cost. Our first job on a new account is usually to take that load off internal staff.
From there the work is ordinary and constant: understanding schedules, preferences, budgets and business objectives well enough to make sensible calls without asking twice. Whether it is one executive, a team travelling together, or delegates arriving from six countries for a conference, the arrangement gets the same attention from the first enquiry to the final leg home.
Vision & mission
Simplifying business travel, connecting businesses.
Our goal is not simply to arrange travel. It is to simplify the entire business travel process, so our clients can spend their attention on the thing they actually flew for.
Vision
To be the leading provider of corporate travel solutions in the UAE and beyond, recognised for delivering exceptional service, efficiency and cost-effectiveness tailored to the unique needs of businesses.
Mission
To simplify and enhance the corporate travel experience for businesses by offering personalised, reliable and seamless travel services, allowing companies to focus on their operations while we take care of their travel needs.
How it works
From request to boarding pass, in four moves.
There is no booking engine to log into and no seat map to argue with. You send a requirement to a person; that person owns it until the traveller is home.
You tell us the trip
Dates, cities, how many people, cabin, budget band. An email or a WhatsApp message is enough, no forms to fill in.
We come back with options
Usually two or three routings with the real trade-offs stated: cost against connection time, flexibility against fare rules.
You approve, we ticket
We issue tickets, hold the hotel, book the transfer and send one itinerary with everything on it, including visa deadlines.
We stay on it
Schedule change at 2am, missed connection, extended meeting, the desk handles it and tells you what changed.
Why partner with APIX
Four reasons companies move their travel to us.
Most of our accounts arrive after a bad month, a missed connection nobody fixed, a visa that came back late, an invoice nobody could reconcile. These are the four things we get right first.
Built around your policy
No two companies travel the same way. We set up your account against your own approval chain, cabin rules and budget bands, then book inside them.
Airline and hotel partners
Partnerships with airlines, hotel groups and ground operators mean we can hold rates and inventory that public booking sites do not show.
People who have done this before
Our consultants have spent years on corporate desks. Fare rules, visa timing and disruption handling are routine work here, not an escalation.
Clear records, clean reporting
Modern travel management and booking tools keep itineraries, approvals and spend visible, so finance is not chasing paperwork at month end.
Working with us
Long accounts, not one-off bookings.
Service quality, responsiveness and reliability are the whole proposition. There is no loyalty scheme and no lock-in, clients stay because the trips work.
That means transparent communication when a fare rule is restrictive, an honest answer when a routing is a bad idea, and flexibility as a company's travel needs change shape from one year to the next. We would rather tell you a connection is too tight than sell you the cheaper ticket and deal with the consequences later.
